2009 Rhodes Tennis Pre-Season Outlook

After an outstanding fall season the Rhodes men look forward to their spring schedule with eager anticipation. With eleven new freshmen the Lynx will have depth through 15 positions. The men will depend on senior, Matt Westbrook and juniors, Jonathon Moreno and Tyler Snedden for leadership both on and off the courts. Sophomores, Grayson Lucas and Rob Koehler will provide strength at the top but, all players will be challenged by the team's depth. Conference play opens up with the Hendrix Invitational followed by the team traveling to Hilton Head Spring Break for regional matches. This year, Rhodes will host two conference invitationals in preparation for the Conference Tournament in April.

Fall Rankings find the men ranked #9 in the Atlantic South region. Freshmen Ryley Erhardt was listed in the top #30 and in doubles Grayson Lucan and Tyler Snedden were ranked in the top #20.
With Trinity and DePauw ranked in the top #30 in the nation, our conference remains one of the strongest in the nation.
